Our Policies

In order to serve all of our guests with the highest level of customer service, please take note of our policies before booking an appointment with us.​

We require notice of more than 48 hours for reschedule requests or cancellations. No call/no shows or cancellations/reschedules within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a fee in the amount of 50% of the scheduled services.

Services for clients arriving late to their scheduled appointment will be adapted to fit the remaining time given, including eliminating services if the stylist's schedule cannot accommodate all booked services (Client will still pay in full for all services pre-booked). Late arrivals may also be given the option to reschedule. The 50% cancellation fee would still apply.

We require a valid credit card on file for all customers, for all upcoming appointments. This card will be used to process the cancellation fee when necessary.

Due to the artistic and highly personal nature of the services we provide, we do not offer refunds on services performed. If there is ever a time you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment, and we will work with you to offer a solution.

Please keep additional guests to a maximum of 1 guest per client. This ensures all time & attention is dedicated to our clients who are receiving services during that time. Children are not permitted, unless supervised, or are otherwise able to maintain a calm demeanor while in our space.

Off-hours appointments MAY BE available for an additional fee (25-50% of the base service rate). Please email appointments@mhdbeauty.com if your desired appointment day/time is not showing as available on our booking portal.

Our freelance stylists ARE available to come to your home, hotel, or other location within the Nashville area. There is a $250 minimum for on site services. We can provide hairstyling & makeup applications on location, and our stylists will bring all necessary tools & equipment to provide the highest level of service for you in the convenience of your home or hotel room. VALET PARKING REQUIRED FOR DOWNTOWN HOTELS. A travel fee may also apply, depending on your location. Please take note of the appointment time duration when scheduling. If your appointment runs longer than the allotted time, we charge an overtime fee of $100/hr prorated to the additional time spent (Example - if you run 15 minutes over, you will be charged $25 overtime fee).
